Refunds will not be applicable if the order has been dispatched. If the customer cancels the order before dispatch, they will receive the full refund of their order amount.
Once the order has been dispatched, our Replacement Policy comes into effect. The Replacement Period for all products lasts for a minimum of 7 days. Different products may have different Replacement Periods. Kindly check individual Product Descriptions for exact Replacement Period. During the Replacement Period, if there are any defects which arise within the product, not including physical/accidental damage, then we will replace the product for free.
To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note we would need an unboxing video as proof to claim refund/replacement in case of damage or wrong product sent. Make a video while opening the package.

In order to get the product changed the company, “HYROVII” may ask you to share pictures of the damaged product. Once the claim has been verified we will be happy to replace your product for free.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
